Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GONE™: A Workplace Mystery (“GONE”) and all related website pages, content, forms, and communications provided by Endangered Industries Advisors™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

A Work of Fiction

GONE is a fictional workplace mystery. Revivus Industries, its employees, and every character in the story, including The Six and the Insider, are fictional. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or to actual companies or events is coincidental.

The story is built around real forces reshaping work. Where it refers to real-world reports, trends, or statistics, it does so for storytelling and illustration.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Revivus Portal

Parts of the story continue in a separate experience presented as the Revivus Industries Candidate Onboarding portal and Employee Intranet. It is fictional, may be hosted on a third-party platform, and may be governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy practices in addition to these Terms.
